These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mafia: Trust No One ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's App Store rules and these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or exploit the App except as allowed by law.
The App is intended for a general audience and involves social deduction and deception in a party-game context. Parents and guardians decide suitability for minors. The App is designed primarily for local, in-person play (e.g., pass-the-device). You are responsible for how you play and for the safety and comfort of everyone at your table.
You agree not to:
Optional purchases (including premium unlocks or subscriptions, if offered) are processed by Apple via the App Store. Prices, billing periods, and product types are shown in the App and at checkout; they may change or vary by region. Purchases are subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement and payment terms. Restores are available through the App where supported. Refunds are handled by Apple per App Store policy, not by us directly.
If you are not a premium user (or during any trial or promotional period we offer), the App may display advertisements through Google AdMob or similar providers. Ad content and data practices are governed by those providers' policies and your device settings.
The App, its name, artwork, audio, text, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You receive no ownership rights—only the limited license above.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP OR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE U.S. DOLLAR, IF YOU PAID NOTHING.
We may update the App or these Terms. Material changes to the Terms will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date in the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may modify or discontinue features or the App with reasonable notice where practicable.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
